Grug didn’t start as a normal person but as a forest person. He couldn’t read or write, and had trouble speaking normally. After Christina took the Uggs under her wing, Grug would learn that the apocalypse wasn’t simple. Many people he loved died and this caused himself to distance self from the people he considered family. Throughout his time he would get enslaved, escape, make a new group, and watch all those people die. When the evac was called grug wouldn’t know which way he should go. Millie from strays wanted grug to go to cannada and start a new life, and he was about to go until he learned the importance of his family. Tina would help Grug rebond with the people he would now call his family. This made him decide to go to Alaska with them.
Alaska:
In Alaska Grug would settle down making housing for his family and friends. There was no threat of death so Grug was able to open himself up again. It was simple like the Ugg times.
